What are required documents to open a corporate trading account?

The necessary account opening documents may differ depending on your company’s registration location.
For overseas companies not in the territory of Australia, we will require:

1. Company Registered Certificate that must contain the following information:

  • Company’s full name
  • Overseas certification bodies information
  • The company attributes (listed / holding / private company)
  • Company registration number / PIN
  • Company shareholders/investment information

2. Proof of company address. If received within the last three months, water, electricity, and bank bills can be accepted as valid proof of address.


3. Global corporate agency identification code LEI


4. Identity documents for directors and shareholders of more than 20% share.

  • Passport
  • Proof of address (Chinese clients can use national ID as proof of address)
  • Email and telephone

Australian corporate clients need to provide the following documents:
1. ASIC company registration certificate must contain the following information:

  • The company’s full name
  • The company attributes (listed / holding / private company)
  • Australian Company Number


2. Company shareholders/investment information

  • Proof of Address: Water and electricity bill or bank bill dated within three months.
  • Global corporate agency identification code LEI
  • Identification document of directors and shareholders (for those with more than 20% shares in the company).
