There is a wide range of funding methods available to your needs, such as electronic bank transfer, Paypal, Credit Card, Neteller and etc, and the accepted forms of currencies under our Managed Account Service are AUD, USD and SGD. Your funds will arrive your account instantly with majority of our funding options except international electronic bank transfers may take up to 5 business days.
Investors can withdraw their funds via our client portal as well. You may click here to log into our client portal with your login details, then press “Funding Management” on the top menu, and then press “Withdraw” button to make your withdraw request.
Withdrawals will normally be processed monthly on the Withdrawal Date upon receipt of the Investment Instruction by the Responsible Entity, provided it is received before the Designated Time for withdrawals. If the Investment Instruction is received after the Designated Time, it will be completed on the Withdrawal Date after the second month after the Investment Instruction is received by the Responsible Entity.
This allows time for the appropriate open positions (if any) to be liquidated so that there is enough cash to fulfil the withdrawal and for the fees to be computed and deposited to your Account on the last Business Day of the month.
Withdrawal funds are typically paid within 5 business days after the Withdrawal Date.
