Dear Valued Client,

Please note the following change in the cash payment process due to the Labour Day Public holiday on Thursday 22nd September 2022.

All account deposits will be processed as per usual. However, withdrawals submitted after the cut-off time of 11:00 am AEST Friday 30th September will be processed on Tuesday 4th October.

As a result of the public holiday, there might be changes to trading hours for several products, and we recommend that you regularly check the product overview for more information.
