Easter Holiday and ANZAC Day Announcement

Dear Clients,

Due to the upcoming Easter Holidays and ANZAC day, please be aware of the withdrawal restrictions during these days to make sure your requests can be carried out in an orderly manner.  

1. For cash payments on 14^th April and 22^nd April, please ensure that requests are made by 11 AM (AEDT) for same-day processing. Withdrawal requests submitted beyond this time will be processed on the following business day (i.e., 19^th April and 26^th April).
2. On the upcoming public holidays (i.e., April 15,18 and 25), if you have urgent requests, please send emails to [email protected].
