King’s Birthday Public Holiday Client Payment Arrangement

Dear Clients,

Due to the upcoming King’s Birthday Public Holidays, please be aware of the withdrawal restrictions during these days to make sure your requests can be carried out in an orderly manner.

1. For cash payments on 9^th June, please ensure that requests are made by 11 AM (AEDT) for same-day processing. Withdrawal requests submitted beyond this time will be processed on the following business day (i.e., 13^th June).
2. On the upcoming public holidays (i.e., 12^th June), if you have urgent requests, please send emails to [email protected].

As a result of the public holidays, there might be changes to trading hours for several products, and we recommend that you regularly check the product overview for more information.
