How do I deposit funds into my account?
You can fund your trading account easily by choosing from various funding methods through your secured client portal. Login to your client portal at https://fxtrading.com/en/trading-platform/ and click “funding options” for the account you want to fund. Now, choose the funding method you would like to use to deposit. Please ensure that your credit/debit card, PayPal or bank account is under your name. Note: we do not accept third-party funding.
There are no extra fees from FXTRADING.com while depositing. However, please get in touch with your payment provider for more information regarding fees.
How do I withdraw funds from my account?
To withdraw your funds, log in to the client portal, click “funding options“, and choose your preferred method.
What is the minimum/maximum amount that I can deposit/withdraw?
The minimum deposit depends on the specific requirements of each deposit and withdrawal method. There is no maximum limit for deposits or withdrawals. For more details, please refer to the deposit and withdrawal methods table above.
Can I deposit if my current balance is negative?
Yes, your funding function will remain active even if you have a negative balance. You can email [email protected] to apply to write off the negative balance. However, this will be reviewed and approved case by case. Usually, it takes 1-3 business days to hear the outcome.
Can I transfer funds from my trading account to another client’s trading account?
Unfortunately, you are unable to transfer funds to another client’s trading account. Our Compliance and Regulation requirement forbids 3rd party payment or transfers between two parties. This is in our effort to continuously deliver the highest compliance and monetary security standards to our clients.
Is it possible to transfer money between my trading accounts?
Yes, you can easily transfer money between your trading accounts within the same profile. Login to your FXT client portal, under “Funding Management” sections, select a Trading account and click “Transfer“, then follow the prompts.

How long does it take for my deposits to appear on my trading account?
With our service, we aim to provide a faster and more convenient way to fund your trading account.
