Corporate
Academic Requirements:
Associate level candidates should have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or management with a focus in accounting, finance, management information systems, human resources or other business related course studies.
Professional Experience:
Successful candidates should have a least three years employment experience with a major financial, banking or brokerage institution, preferably in a regulated environment.
Technical
Academic Requirements:
Associate level candidates should have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in computer science, programming, IT or CE certification.
Professional Experience:
Successful candidates should have a least three years employment experience with corresponding certifications.
Brokerage
Academic Requirements:
Associate level brokerage candidates should have a minimum of a Bachelors of Art or Science, Degree in Business Administration, finance accounting, economics, history or any liberal arts degree. Higher level candidates should have a CPA, CFA, CFP, JD or equivalent professional accreditation.
Professional Experience:
Successful candidates should have a least one year employment experience with a financial, banking or brokerage institution, preferably in a regulated environment.
Research & Analysis
Academic Requirements:
Candidates should have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a focus in research and analysis, economics, history or other business related subject matter.
Professional Experience:
Successful candidates should have a least five years employment experience with a financial, banking or brokerage institution, preferably in a regulated environment.
